About
After my grandfather passed away in 2014, Stark Gallery, our family art gallery on Nantucket, sat dormant for nearly a decade. This year, we made the decision to bring it back to life, and I had the honor of leading the full rebrand and relaunch.
I directed every part of the reopening: from creative direction and event programming to vendor partnerships, marketing, and press outreach. Through a targeted storytelling strategy, I secured features in The Inquirer and Mirror, helping reintroduce the gallery to the island community and its seasonal visitors. As well as overseeing the creation of our new website.
I also managed digital promotion and coordinated launch events, everything from hanging custom flyers around town to building an Instagram and TikTok campaign that brought people through the doors.

Results
The results spoke for themselves: $10,000 in opening night sales and over $200,000 in revenue during the summer season (June–August 2025).
Reopening Stark Gallery wasn’t just a business milestone, it was a way to honor my grandfather’s legacy and build something new on the foundation he created and also have a place to show off a little of my own artwork!
